CEO Technologies Acquires Deftech AV
We are thrilled to inform you of an exciting change. High Definition Technologies LLC (Deftech AV and Deftech Security) has recently been acquired by CEO Technologies. CEO Technologies is headquartered in College Station, is locally owned and operated, and has been doing Audio/Visual and Security installation for over 10 years. Over the past several years CEO built the infrastructure to become a Fiber internet provider and IT Managed Services Provider. As this division of the business has taken off, it made sense to make this strategic acquisition where the existing CEO Audio/Visual and Security installation business will be combined with Deftech AV. The Deftech team and name will remain in place and will be the installation arm of CEO Technologies which allows us to offer an array of new services and features. The combination of two established teams will bring a new level of professional installation and project management, as well as a new in-house technical support call center and online billing platform. Deftech is a certified Pinnacle Control4 dealer and now boasts 15 trained installation technicians that will be supported by an additional 40 staff members. Both companies will be located in our offices at the Crosspoint Technology Campus at 3007 Earl Rudder Fwy S. in College Station. Once renovations are complete, we will have a Control4 certified showroom that we’d love for you to see.
With this transition, a new billing system is being put into place that will simplify the payment process for invoices and monthly service charges. In our online system, you can view invoices, make payments, and change payment methods for recurring charges. Our accounting department is trying to make this transition as seamless as possible and any recurring payments already setup should continue as usual in the new system.
