Below is our form for builders to request appointment scheduling with our techs. Builders should have completed previous steps as outlined in the Builder’s Guidelines provided to the builder. A generic copy of the guidelines is available for download. Please note that guidelines vary from neighborhood to neighborhood; if you do not have the specific guidelines for your neighborhood, please contact CEO Technologies directly for specific requirements.

For builders who have already completed all other requirements, please submit request for our techs to turn on internet below. CEO Technologies personnel will respond in 3-7 business days from the date that electricity will be provided to the house. Please be patient while we process your request.
